MOST FREQUENT QUESTIONS

HOW DO I ACCESS THE WEBSITE? To access the website, you must enter the EMAIL ADDRESS and password associated with your profile. If you do not remember either, please contact us at support@daddyhunt.com and include your profile name.

HOW DO I VERIFY MY PROFILE? To Verify your profile on the website, select a user and try to send a message. Click on the “Verify your phone number” intercept, and then enter your mobile number where a code will be sent.

HOW CAN I EDIT MY PROFILE?

APP: Go to your profile on the ‘Nearby Grid’, then select ‘Edit’ (pencil icon in the lower right corner). All profile fields are listed below and can be edited there.

Website: Click ‘My Profile’ (round icon with your profile image) in the upper right corner, then go to ‘Edit Profile’, all profile fields are listed in the middle column and can be edited here.

WHAT ARE THE PHOTO GUIDELINES? All public photos must be G-rated. So, no explicit photos allowed in your public gallery. Explicit photos should be stored in your private gallery. G-rated photos include shirtless pics, pants or shorts pulled down with underwear showing, most underwear photos that are not sexually suggestive or contain any visible erections, pubic hair or outline of the butt or genitals. Certain types of swimwear are also acceptable.

HOW CAN I BLOCK SOMEONE? If you don’t want to communicate with someone, you can block him anytime. Simply select user’s profile, tap on the 3 dots in the upper right corner and then select ‘Block User’. You can also block a user while in chat by tapping the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the chat and then selecting ‘Block User’.

HOW DO I UNBLOCK SOMEONE? Click ‘My Profile’ (round icon with your profile image) in the upper right corner, then go to ‘Settings’. On the next screen, scroll down and find ‘Blocked users’ on the left-hand side of the screen. Then select ‘UNBLOCK USER’, or if you wish, ‘UNBLOCK ALL’ at the top.

PROFILES AND SETTINGS

HOW CAN I EDIT MY PROFILE?

APP: Go to your profile on the ‘Nearby Grid’, then select ‘Edit’ (pencil icon in the lower right corner). All profile fields are listed below and can be edited there.

Website: Click ‘My Profile’ (round icon with your profile image) in the upper right corner, and then tap ‘Edit Profile’, all profile fields are listed in the middle column and can be edited here.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY USERNAME?

APP: Go to your profile on the ‘Nearby Grid’, tap ‘Edit’ (pencil icon in the lower right corner), then go to ‘Profile Name’. Enter your new profile name and save.

Website: Click ‘My Profile’ in the upper right corner. On the next screen, ‘USERNAME’ appears in the middle column as the first field (after your photos) and can be changed here. Enter your new name and save.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD? Click ‘My Profile’ (round icon with your profile image) in the upper right corner. Go to ‘Settings’, and look for ‘Change Password’ on the right-hand side of the screen under ‘Account’. In order to change your password, you will need to enter your Old password. If you do not remember your old password, please select ‘Reset password’ instead.

HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD? Click ‘My Profile’ (round icon with your profile image) in the upper right corner. Go to ‘Settings’, and look for ‘Reset Password’ on the right-hand side of the screen under ‘Account’. Please note that Email verification will be required to reset your password.

HOW DO I CHANGE THE EMAIL ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH MY PROFILE? To change your email address, click ‘My Profile’ (round icon with your profile image) in the upper right corner. Go to ‘Settings’, and look for ‘EMAIL ADDRESS’ on the right-hand side of the screen under ‘Account’. Click on your current Email Address. You will then be prompted to enter your current password and enter your new Email address. Once you have entered that information, click ‘CHANGE EMAIL’.

HOW DO I DELETE MY PROFILE?

APP: Tap ‘My Profile’ (round icon with your profile image) in the upper left corner. Go to ‘Settings’ and find ‘Delete Account’ (7th option from the top, it’s in color red). Following deletion, your account remains dormant in our system for 14 days (in case it gets deleted by accident or you wish to reactivate it). After 14 days, it will be permanently deleted from our database along with all associated data.

Website: Click ‘My Profile’ (round icon with your profile image) in the upper right corner. Then go to ‘Settings’, and look for ‘Delete Account’ on the right-hand side of the screen under ‘Account’ and select it. HOW CAN I CONVERT TO THE METRIC SYSTEM? Inches and feet have you confused? Then, click on ‘My Profile’ (round circle icon with your profile image) in the upper right corner. Go to ‘Settings’, there you will see ‘Units of Measure’ on the right-hand side of the screen under ‘Account’. You can choose between Metric and Imperial units of measure here.

WHAT DOES THE GREEN CIRCLE MEAN? The green circle on a member’s profile means that the member is currently online.

WHY ARE SOME PROFILE FIELDS MISSING ON OTHER MEMBERS’ PROFILES? The same profile fields are available for every member’s profile. However, each member has the option to select which fields they wish to complete and display on their profile.

PHOTOS

WHAT ARE THE PHOTO GUIDELINES? All public photos must be G-rated. So, no explicit or nude photos allowed in your public gallery. Explicit photos should be stored in your private gallery. WHAT PHOTOS ARE PROHIBITED? Photos showing sex acts, photos displaying bodily fluids, photos showing children under the age of 18 including photos of yourself, photos depicting adult babies, photos displaying URLs or copyright, photos showing weapons or acts of violence, photos displaying obscene gestures, photos depicting drug use or drug paraphernalia, photos of celebrities and photos advertising goods, services or other websites are strictly prohibited!

HOW DO I UNLOCK MY PRIVATE PHOTOS? You can grant another member access to your private photos when messaging with that member. Tap on the message with that specific member (or start a message with the member), tap the ‘Lock’ icon at the top of the chat and confirm. You can also grant access by tapping the ‘Lock’ icon when visiting a member’s profile.

HOW DO I RE-LOCK MY PRIVATE PHOTOS? To re-lock your private photos, click on the message with the member who you no longer want to have access to your private photos, and tap the ‘Lock’ icon at the top of the chat. You can also access all received/unlocked albums and who you’ve unlocked for, by clicking ‘Unlocked Albums’ on the left side menu. There you can individually re-lock your private photos or re-lock all. You can also re-lock your photos by tapping the ‘Lock’ icon when visiting a member’s profile.

HOW DO I MOVE A PUBLIC PHOTO TO MY PRIVATE GALLERY? To move a public photo to your private gallery, click ‘My Profile’ (round icon with your profile image) in the upper right corner and go to ‘Edit Profile’. Then hover over the photo that you wish to make private and select ‘Make private’.

HOW DO I MOVE A PRIVATE PHOTO TO MY PUBLIC GALLERY? To move a private photo to your public gallery, click ‘My Profile’, (round icon with your profile image) in the upper right corner, go to ‘Edit Profile’. Then hover over the photo that you wish to make public and select ‘Make public’. Please REMEMBER, all public photos MUST BE G-RATED photos, so no explicit photos in your public gallery.

CAN I CHANGE THE ORDER OF MY PHOTOS? To adjust the order of your photos, click ‘My Profile’ (round icon with your profile image) in the upper right corner and go to ‘Edit Profile’. Then, press and drag the image to the new space and then release it.

HOW MANY PHOTOS MAY I UPLOAD TO MY PROFILE? Free members may upload up to 6 public photos and up to 4 private photos. PREMIUM members may upload up to 6 public photos and up to 20 private photos.

MESSAGING

WHERE DO I VIEW MESSAGES SENT TO ME BY OTHER MEMBERS? Messages are displayed on the right side of the screen under ‘Messages’.

WHAT IS A SHOUT-OUT? Are you too shy to send a message to another member you think is hot? Then, send a virtual ‘Shout-Out’ to that member by clicking on the member’s profile and tapping the megaphone at the top.

HOW DO I DELETE MESSAGES? To delete a message, hover over the message and select the ‘Trash’ icon.

HOW DO I DELETE A PHOTO, VIDEO OR TEXT WITHIN A MESSAGE? PREMIUM members can delete photos, videos and text. To delete a photo, video or text within a message, tap the ‘Trash’ icon next to the photo, video or text that you wish to delete.

FAVORITES

WHAT ARE FAVORITES? ‘Favorites’ are generally users that you select because you like their profiles and/or enjoy communicating with them.

HOW DO I ADD A MEMBER TO MY FAVORITES? To add a member to your ‘Favorites’, select the member’s profile, and tap the ‘Star’ icon at the top left side of the profile

HOW DO I REMOVE A USER FROM MY FAVORITES LIST? To remove a member from your Favorites, select the member’s profile, and tap the ‘Star’ icon at the top left side of the profile. Color black indicates that the member has been removed from your ‘Favorites’.

INVISIBLE MODE

WHAT IS INVISIBLE MODE? Invisible mode is a PREMIUM feature that allows PREMIUM members to browse profiles anonymously without leaving a trail on a member’s Visitors tab. When you turn on the ‘Invisible Mode’, your profile also won’t appear in any of the grids, including the ‘Nearby Grid’.

HOW DO I TURN ON/OFF INVISIBLE MODE? To turn on/off invisible mode, select ‘My Profile’ (round icon with your profile image) in the top right corner. The options ‘Online’ and ‘Invisible’ will appear and by selecting either, you can switch from ‘Online’ to ‘Invisible Mode’ and vice versa.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION PURCHASED VIA THE DADDYHUNT WEBSITE?
