thanks for your informed reply. That helps me a lot. In particular the information about blood and HIV transmission. From your reply it sounds as though rimming is potentially as dangerous as ingesting scat in terms of passage of bacteria such as salmonella etc. I've been vaccinated against Hep A and B. I suppose I'll just keep it to a minimum, try to stay with safe partners in the sense of guys I trust to be honest regarding their health status, and deal with the rest as it comes. I love rimming so much and I fantasise so much about scat with one or two of my fuckbuddies that I don't think I can entirely exclude it. One f/b shits into my mouth from his beautiful hairy arse, but so far I haven't swallowed his lovely earthy load. Maybe next time ...
