Not buying your line Seamus...Kirk is quite responsible and he stated his frame-of-reference as well as his opinion of therapists up front. His advice is reliably insightful and he shouldn't be discredited. Licensing and accreditation are no guarantee of effective therapy - despite what the over-priced industry (and you) would have us believe.
The reality of therapy is that despite referrals few people actually find an appropriate therapist easily, and often spend a small fortune and waste time with ineffective counselors and other "professionals".
